We do not offer refunds at this time on our orders as they are made to order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you have received a wrong, damaged or defective item please contact us at support@elevatedpetfeeders.com. Please include images of the damaged or defective item (s) with a description of the issue. If approved, we will immediately remedy the issue and send out a replacement.
